Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 7 years of professional hands-on software development experience in either mobile and/or web-based platforms. Furthermore, they should have at least 2 years of experience in managing engineers and leading a team, along with demonstrated experience working with headless CMS systems and complex content architectures, and in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, and React.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineering Manager will lead and manage a team of software engineers focused on the development of a headless CMS system and the delivery of content to various applications, oversee the design, development, and deployment of headless CMS solutions using tools such as Strapi and Contentful, collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements, drive best practices in software development, mentor and develop team members, manage project timelines and budgets, manage the localization of content for applications deployed in over 50 countries, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
