Responsibilities

  • Manage a full-stack team owning customer-facing website and backend services
  • Oversee and improve organizational design, structure, priorities, management processes, and reporting
  • Hire, develop, and retain high-performing engineers; participate in talent initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders, product owners, design, and data teams to define and deliver new capabilities
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to evolve, scale, and optimize Web Development Strategy
  • Lead complex initiatives as technical subject matter expert in software development
  • Provide input into design and architecture decisions driving innovations
  • Lead team to deliver quality projects on-time with excellence in execution
  • Create alignment among teams/stakeholders and inspire employees through leadership and communication
