Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience, a solid database experience in SQL, NoSQL and event streaming technologies, and experience building and deploying scalable applications in the cloud using CI/CD/CT practices in PHP, although Java or Python is a plus. Strong communication skills and a quality first mindset are also required, along with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

As a Software Engineering Manager, the individual will lead a team of talented engineers, maintain rigor in high code quality and automated testing, contribute to the organization’s vision around security and quality, support legacy and modern services, create a collaborative work environment, collaborate with Product Managers and Designers, demonstrate problem-solving and technical innovation, collaborate with other engineering teams, share knowledge with team members, and work closely with the ActiveCampaign People Team to hire high candidates.
