Candidates must have proven ability to rapidly build and ship full end-to-end applications from scratch, including frontend, backend, and integration. They should be comfortable developing MVPs quickly and iterating rapidly, prototyping, and performing exploratory development. Fluency in TypeScript or Python is required, along with strong knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and the ability to design elegant object-oriented APIs. Experience building full-stack applications using web frameworks such as TypeScript with Next.js, Python with Django, or Ruby on Rails is necessary. All roles require legal authorization to work in the United States and the ability to meet government contract requirements, with no need for visa sponsorship. Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) patterns and experience with GenAI APIs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or evaluation frameworks are desired but not mandatory.

They will design and implement example applications using open source platforms for demonstration to potential clients during bids and conferences. Additionally, they will support project teams in utilizing Nava's platforms and iterate on solutions based on feedback received.
