Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in backend software development, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment, with a strong interest and professional experience in emerging Generative AI technologies. Practical experience with building scalable systems, ideally with Elixir/Phoenix, Go, Erlang, or Clojure, and experience with database technologies like PostgreSQL are required. Experience with GitHub and Slack for collaboration is also necessary, along with a proven record of learning new technologies and a readiness to upskill. Bonus points are given for frontend experience or experience with voice-based applications.
The Senior Software Engineer will design and build LLM-powered applications, including agentic workflows and RAG systems, from ideation to deployment, focusing on scalable and robust architectures. Responsibilities include exploring and prototyping LLM applications, troubleshooting issues across the stack, leading the development of GenAI-powered features from idea to production, and serving as a thought leader in building AI-native applications.
