The fullstack engineer will craft components and service APIs, integrating advanced features using various frameworks and architectures. Responsibilities include solving technical challenges, designing solutions, troubleshooting production issues, improving system performance, and applying design patterns for quality decisions. The role involves maintaining standards through code reviews, tools, testing strategies, and metrics, as well as making informed architectural decisions for scalability and workflow enhancement. Additionally, the engineer will identify and integrate AI-powered tools into the software development lifecycle to improve efficiency and quality, and provide coaching to team members on AI service usage. Teamwork and mentorship are key, involving supporting colleagues through code reviews and pair programming, and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical teams. The role also encourages championing innovative ideas, supporting engagement with new approaches, sharing context, connecting team members to broader goals, and contributing to systemic improvements and informed trade-offs.
