Requirements
Candidates should have 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in similar customer-facing B2B roles, with a preference for demo asset creation. A minimum of 3 years working in a multi-product SaaS environment is required. Proven ability to quickly learn new information, disseminate technical details to a general audience, and present effectively is essential. Strong skills in web development technologies like CSS, HTML, and Javascript are necessary, along with significant experience with SaaS demo creation platforms, ideally Reprise. Experience with identity and access management tools and personal use of password managers are considered bonuses.
Responsibilities
The Senior Demo Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineering, GTM Sales, Customer and Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and the Web team, to create and deliver demo assets and self-guided walkthroughs. Responsibilities include creating new demos based on product changes, developing customer-specific demos to meet unique requirements, and ensuring proper demo governance, maintenance, and effectiveness. The role involves implementing scalable processes for demo creation, version control, and maintenance, analyzing demo usage and content effectiveness to provide actionable insights, and collaborating with stakeholders on recommendations. A high-level understanding of AI technologies and the ability to create content for the company's AI roadmap are also key responsibilities, as is reporting on analytics to measure content effectiveness.
