You will lead a team of engineers in a highly collaborative environment, building a collaborative culture, empowering the team to solve problems quickly, working with Product Managers, Principal Engineers, and other Global Technology teams on Nike’s Merchandising domain projects.
A strong candidate has a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, 7+ years of software engineering experience, expertise in modern software delivery, cloud-native architecture, microservices, AWS services, front-end frameworks like React, and experience leading teams collaboratively; AI/ML experience is preferred.
