Experience with Web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern UI framework like React
Comfortable working with others to build and maintain quality user interfaces for a large audience
Experience with the technical challenges of rapid growth (preferred)
Growth Engineering experience at another company
Comfortable iteratively testing product flows using A/B testing to understand customer behavior and make data-informed decisions
Ability to decompose tricky problems and work towards a clean solution, either independently or with teammates
Comfortable asking for help when needed

Responsibilities

Deliver experiments end-to-end, from ideation to analysis, with velocity and quality to move core business metrics
Gain a deep understanding of the Notion customer to identify key points in their journey and uncover insights that drive activation and engagement
Plan, shape, and build new features to create a more engaging and personalized early product experience for customers
Accelerate the value of Notion to its growing user base through experiments, feature creation, and data-driven insights
Own the product’s ins and outs, using a blend of data, research, and product intuition
