  • Hands-on building next-generation self-service platform, partnering with product engineers for rapid, reliable deployments with guardrails
  • Reduce friction and increase velocity for hundreds of developers while maintaining high-quality bar
  • Lead operational excellence: guide through high-severity incidents, eliminate observability gaps, improve incident response, uphold reliability standards
  • Participate in sustainable on-call rotation and shape Notion’s reliability culture
