Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the triad (Designer, Product, Development Manager) to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and craft roadmaps
  • Working with the team on designing technical solutions
  • Providing great feedback on code reviews, architecture documents, and more
  • Actively participating as a contributor to projects, either through coding or code reviews
  • Conducting 1:1 meetings with direct reports to support career growth and development
  • Actively participating in hiring to grow the engineering team
  • Reviewing code contributed by team members or other Clio developers
