Responsibilities

Apply hands-on facial recognition technology to real-world applications, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards
Design, develop, and deploy facial recognition products in live environments, ensuring scalability and robust performance under real-world conditions
Develop, articulate, and iterate a long-term vision, and deliver impactful results through key milestones (i.e., days/weeks vs months), with a high bias for action
Raise the bar for technical excellence, engineering best practices, testing strategies
Lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge facial recognition solutions
Work closely with product management to define biometric requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals
Collaborate with external vendors or partners to evaluate and integrate third-party solutions
Design and build the next generation vendor orchestration platform
