Requirements

Candidates are required to possess 10+ years of relevant front-end experience, including full-stack development, and experience defining and implementing a framework to scale across multiple enterprise web applications. They should have experience working with a modern JavaScript framework, HTML, and CSS abstractions, along with strong communication, collaboration, organizational skills, and critical thinking abilities. Applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the United States, and strong knowledge of React and its ecosystem is preferred.

Responsibilities

As the Technical Architect - Front End, the individual will define and shape how front-end developers implement UI functionality, drive the technical direction, define best practices, implement development patterns, and serve as an advisor and mentor to developers. They will collaborate with the platform team to design, implement, and enhance components, provide technical guidance and mentorship, design and implement pattern libraries and style guides, and regularly lead code reviews to ensure code quality. The role also involves innovating cloud software used by customers to speed up the innovation and delivery of treatments and medicines.
