Requirements

Responsibilities

Develop, produce, and edit highly engaging social media content, focusing on short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and visually driven posts for Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Messenger), TikTok, X, and BlueSky, including ideation, scripting, shooting (often on mobile), editing, and writing compelling, platform-native copy
Serve as subject matter expert for Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), TikTok, X, and BlueSky, understanding algorithms, evolving features, and best practices for maximizing organic reach and community engagement
Continuously monitor trending sounds, memes, challenges, and content formats; rapidly ideate and execute new content to keep the brand relevant
Collaborate with editorial team to adapt stories into platform-specific content and with live events team to capture, produce, and share real-time social content from events
Actively monitor comments, direct messages, and mentions across platforms, engaging authentically to foster community and brand loyalty
Execute high-level social strategy for content streams on Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X, and BlueSky
Track and report on content performance using native analytics and social media tools to inform future optimization
Provide social media support for internal campaigns and initiatives, ensuring cohesive messaging and timely delivery
Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, visual style, and legal guidelines while maintaining an authentic, platform-native feel
