This role involves contributing to the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches from a social media perspective, designing and executing large community activation campaigns, creating and managing always-on content strategies for priority global partnerships, serving as a key point of contact for business issues and crisis management, working closely with the CS team on community management and sentiment maintenance, assisting with managing end-to-end across Binance social accounts, working with the wider global social team and external departments to promote and build the brand of Binance, focusing on bringing social accounts closer to the community with a crypto-native understanding, assisting the team across platforms with creative ideas, measuring, reporting, and analyzing campaign performance, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve future performance.
