Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and have a minimum of 7 years of experience in proposal development and sales support, with a strong understanding of the payments industry. Demonstrated experience working with complex sales cycles and developing strategic proposals is essential.
The Senior Proposal Manager will directly support Sales teams by developing and refining proposals for prospective clients, conducting thorough prospect research, preparing presentations and collateral materials, and managing prospect visits and meetings. They will also contribute to the development of combined sales strategies with other departments and partners, respond to RFPs and RFIs, facilitate sales strategy development, and provide updates and reports to senior management regarding the sales pipeline. Furthermore, this role involves coaching and mentoring Sales Analysts, coordinating strategic Sales Team activities, and acting as a liaison between the Sales team and other intercompany departments.
