Capability to process register transactions and collect payments via cash, check, or other charge methods
Knowledge of company safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean work environment
Understanding of club policies, procedures, and compliance
Ability to greet members, answer questions, recommend products, and deliver service excellence (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate - GAA)
Commitment to GOLD Member Standards, club standards (Grand opening look daily, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized)
Ability to work as a team, embrace inclusion and diversity, act with honesty and integrity, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude
Basic understanding of production and/or financial performance reporting for the department

Serves Members in the snack shop, answers questions, and recommends products
Prepares food items for sale using food preparation equipment
Receives and stores food items in the freezer
Keeps the food, supply, and dining areas neat and clean; stocks utensils, cups, napkins, condiments, and other items as necessary
Collects money from customers for snack shop purchases via cash, check, or other charge payments
Cleans all cooking equipment and areas exposed to food products
Maintains a clean work environment by following company safety and sanitation procedures
Supports flawless execution, accountability, and escalation of concerns as appropriate
Ensures a safe and positive environment for members and team members
Works collaboratively to achieve goals, innovate, adapt, and deliver GOLD club standards daily
