Requirements

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
  • At least 2 years of experience selling into DSOs with a strong knowledge of dental industry dynamics
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies, including market segmentation, lead generation, and account management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with customers, key stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive sales performance and identify business opportunities
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and resourcefulness

Responsibilities

  • Hit, beat, and raise monthly revenue targets
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team; set clear goals and targets, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative and motivated sales culture
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs; identify target markets, segments, and key accounts; define positioning and competitive differentiation strategies
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure; coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective pipeline management and timely follow-up on leads; monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dental professionals, and dental organizations; understand customer pain points, requirements, and feedback to refine product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities; conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, potential partnerships, and emerging customer needs; leverage insights to shape sales strategies and provide input for product development
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives; provide feedback and input to internal stakeholders regarding customer requirements, competitive positioning, and market trends
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management; communicate sales performance, pipeline status, and key insights to support strategic decision-making
