The OTE for this position is $225,000, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. Actual compensation will depend on factors like individual qualifications assessed during the interview process.
This is an onsite role requiring you to be Denver-based and work in-office 5 days per week.
You need 5-7 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years leading a team of 5-10 Account Executives, expertise in sales methodologies like Challenger or MEDDIC, proficiency in Salesforce CRM, and strong coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
You'll lead a tight-knit team of 5-6 Account Executives focused on Mid-Market and SMB sales, acting as coach, strategist, and closer without SDR management.
Strong candidates have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in Mid-Market/SMB SaaS, experience building pipelines in greenfield markets, low-ego collaborative mindset, high emotional intelligence, and startup experience is a plus.
