Candidates should possess at least 2 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in security and focused on SMB or Mid-Market accounts, or be a top-performing BDR ready to advance. Experience managing a geographical territory in EMEA, a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, and proficiency in prospecting, pipeline building, account planning, value-based selling, and territory management are essential. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required, along with the capacity to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts. Resilience, self-motivation, teamwork, curiosity, and coachability are also key attributes. Preferred qualifications include proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach, willingness to travel, and fluency in French, Italian, or Spanish.
The Account Executive will manage a designated geographical region or country within the EMEA market, focusing on hunting new business opportunities and driving growth within the SMB sector. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking, utilizing the MEDDPPICC sales process. The role involves achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs by consistently meeting monthly/quarterly quotas and maintaining a high level of outbound activity. Additionally, the Account Executive will identify opportunities to upsell 1Password solutions within existing accounts and leverage the Extended Access Management platform.
