SLC Summer Camp Instructor at Bouldering Project

The Summer Camp Counselor will greet campers daily with a smile, facilitate check-in and check-out each day of camp, create a fun and playful environment where kids feel excited to explore, learn, and grow through climbing and movement activities, lead and participate in dynamic and engaging games, crafts, snack time, and interactive activities throughout the duration of camp, interact with parents clearly and confidently about their child’s progress, behavior, or any concerns, ensuring they feel informed and involved, resolve any small conflicts or distress calmly, reporting to the Summer Camp Coordinator if needed, and collaborate with the Summer Camp Coordinator and Summer Camp Team to create an environment where campers feel valued and excited to learn.
