Candidates need 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume environments, and a minimum of 3 years recruiting for Skilled Trades positions.
Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems such as Eightfold, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Oracle, and hands-on experience using ADP in recruiting or onboarding is required.
This is an extended contract position.
A strong candidate has 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 3 years in skilled trades, proven sourcing skills for skilled labor roles, proficiency in ATS/CRM and ADP systems, plus strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
