Responsibilities

Order, receive, and restock laboratory consumables, reagents, and chemicals using KanBan and other systems
Maintain accurate inventory records, perform stock checks, and monitor expiry dates
Label (including barcode) reagents and chemicals; archive materials as required
Coordinate internal and external shipments, including HPLC columns, pipettes, and test equipment
Prepare laboratory vials, syringes, tubes, cassettes, columns, and boxes for use
Document all material movements to ensure traceability and compliance with site SOPs
Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve any supply chain issues promptly
Carry out complete inventories
