Responsibilities

  • Order, receive, and restock laboratory consumables, reagents, and chemicals using KanBan and other systems
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, perform stock checks, and monitor expiry dates
  • Label (including barcode) reagents and chemicals; archive materials as required
  • Coordinate internal and external shipments, including HPLC columns, pipettes, and test equipment
  • Prepare laboratory vials, syringes, tubes, cassettes, columns, and boxes for use
  • Document all material movements to ensure traceability and compliance with site SOPs
  • Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve any supply chain issues promptly
  • Carry out complete inventories
