Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, dealer, and Caterpillar stakeholders, managing overall site performance and exceeding expectations
  • Align Caterpillar’s solutions with the customer’s operational goals and future mine plans
  • Deliver innovative solutions that improve productivity, safety, and cost efficiency
  • Act as the trusted advisor for customer and dealer leadership, influencing strategic decisions on equipment management, risk mitigation, and operational excellence
  • Own the relationship as the single point of accountability for the customer and dealer at the site
  • Understand the customer’s applications, needs, and future plans to proactively deliver solutions
  • Drive performance by executing with urgency to meet site goals and resolve issues related to productivity, cost, and safety
  • Establish clear communication plans with all stakeholders
  • Gather customer feedback (VOC) to shape new product introductions and continuous improvement
  • Manage risk by anticipating business risks, escalating issues, and engaging Caterpillar resources to ensure alignment and resolution
