Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience as a software engineer with proficiency in Ruby, Python, or GoLang. They should also have 3+ years of experience maintaining and observing production customer-facing environments in AWS or Azure, including experience as an incident commander or response team member during production outages.

Responsibilities

As a Site Reliability Engineer II, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architectural discussions, influence technical roadmaps, design and maintain core software libraries and tools, troubleshoot complex production issues, provide consultation and feedback across teams, and present technical information to customers and executives. You will also contribute to platform adoption across engineering teams and drive a customer-centric approach to building reliable systems.
