Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience operating high-traffic SaaS environments, deep expertise in reliability and automation, skills to build automated cloud infrastructure on AWS, experience running containerized infrastructure in production (Kubernetes using EKS, AWS ECS), experience implementing configuration management and automation solutions using Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and GitOps (Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD, Github Actions), strong working knowledge of Linux, solid scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python), experience with performance diagnostics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will design and build out cloud infrastructure on AWS, participate in software and system performance analysis, tune, and plan capacity, manage the availability, scalability, security, and performance of the platform and applications, diagnose full-stack bottlenecks and provide recommendations, periodically assess monitoring requirements and implement enhancements, proactively review and implement changes to the live infrastructure, work across engineering teams to improve the SLO/SLI framework, utilize data analysis to identify trends, and perform 24/7 on-call duties.
