Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, with a strong understanding of cloud computing environments, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. Experience with big-data ingestion and analytics, distributed systems, and algorithmic complexity is also desired.

Responsibilities

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for performing delivery and production support tasks, including proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents related to Aetion’s cloud-based, containerized infrastructure. You will contribute to engineering projects focused on maturing the infrastructure and automation, collaborating with other engineering leaders on resourcing and technology/product vision, and providing mentorship to colleagues through code reviews and software design guidance.
