Requirements

Candidates must possess U.S. citizenship and current CBP Public Trust or Active Top Secret clearance with a completed Background Investigation within the past three years. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of HR compliance experience are required, along with preferred certifications and bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

The Site Reliability Engineer will monitor multiple applications 24x7x365, respond to alerts and potential issues, leverage automated and manual performance monitoring tools, track incident records, collaborate with various teams, provide outstanding support for customer-facing applications, report events and performance statistics, proactively identify system disruptions, ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, notify departments of performance issues, support maintenance and scheduled outages, review and update tickets, understand applications and their interdependencies, incorporate monitoring of new applications, perform application triage during incidents, perform mitigation services, monitor scheduled change activity, provide application verification support, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), provide updated reports for presentations, and deliver daily executive reports detailing the health of the Passenger Services Program Directorate’s (PSPD) environment.
