Responsibilities

  • Comply with ACCIONA systems, standards, and Health & Safety legislation
  • Maintain and provide access to relevant standards, policies, and guidelines
  • Ensure all correspondence meets ACCIONA and project procedures
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notices, and minutes as required
  • Support the Commercial Team with contract administration
  • Handle information securely and maintain confidentiality
  • Coordinate with other admin staff to uphold project administration standards
  • Assist site staff with presentations and document formatting
  • Liaise with IT for site-related issues
  • Gather data for reports and manage monthly reporting as needed
  • Prepare reports and documentation as directed
  • Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, visitors, and external stakeholders
