Responsibilities

They will track shipments, resolve delivery issues, optimize shipping processes for cost savings and delivery speed, ensure proper documentation for shipments, work closely with various teams to meet deadlines, monitor shipping KPIs, and ensure compliance with shipping laws and customs regulations. The role also involves managing relationships with logistics partners, negotiating rates, and overseeing inventory movement.
