Requirements
- Work onsite at the Spring, Texas Health and Wellness Non-Store Operations facility
- Available to work 1st shift (7am-7pm), 2nd shift (3pm-3am), or 3rd shift (10pm-10am)
- Ability to work a rotating schedule Monday through Sunday
- For full-time positions: availability for up to 40 hours per week on 10-hour shifts
- For part-time positions: availability for up to 33 hours per week on 10-hour shifts

- Customer/Member Centered competency: Serve the Customer/Member by showing care/concern, asking questions to understand needs, exceeding expectations with policies/information, and using appropriate resources to resolve requests
Responsibilities
- Maintain sorter operation by removing full totes, replenishing empty totes, scanning totes/locations, and rearranging units for proper fill rates
- Manage product deliveries by preparing/reviewing/verifying documentation, processing/counting/separating/scanning product, operating software to track product, unloading product manually or with equipment, organizing/transferring inventory, and maintaining records/logs/forms
- Stock drugs by opening boxes with box cutters/knives, monitoring/adjusting for product size, labeling/scanning/sorting drugs, transporting/placing in locations, storing excess on shelves/racks, and driving forklift for skid items
- Maintain quality/accuracy/integrity of inventory/packages by removing damaged/expired product, resolving discrepancies, informing management of issues/processes, and providing basic equipment maintenance (e.g., cleaning, changing labels/bags/ribbons)
- Complete work assignments/priorities by using policies/data/resources, collaborating with managers/co-workers/customers/partners, identifying priorities/deadlines/expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, recommending improvements, and adapting to change/feedback
- Ensure accurate packing/shipping of pharmacy products by packing prescriptions, scanning leaflet/medication, placing on conveyor, packing temperature-sensitive medication per specs, including supplies, stocking workstations, processing/labeling shipments with carrier software/equipment, and completing/verifying paperwork
- Comply with company policies/procedures/standards of ethics/integrity by implementing action plans, using Open Door Policy, and applying in business processes/practices
