Requirements

Candidates should possess deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills, along with advanced communication skills. They must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnight shifts, and weekends, and be willing to work overtime as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

The Shift Supervisor Trainee will work effectively with store management and crews, supervise the store’s crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities, and communicate information both to and from store management and crews. They will assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints, promote CVS customer service culture, and handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy. Additionally, the trainee will ensure the completion of all opening and closing procedures when there is no manager onsite, leading the store staff and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through a focus on excellent customer service.
