Responsibilities

  • Craft beautiful coffee products and serve all Blank Street customers with energy, warmth, and empathy
  • Support the General Manager and Training Team in training new employees, ensuring they understand recipes, processes, and maintain a positive attitude
  • Open and close the location safely and responsibly (Key holder), ensuring cleaning duties are completed
  • Handle minor customer issues in a positive and solution-focused manner
  • Lead store-level initiatives with the operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic, new customers, daily sales, and operational profitability
  • Develop a loyal neighborhood customer base for your store
  • Contribute to individual, team, and location initiatives to drive sales and business performance
  • Regularly meet with the Senior Leadership team to voice feedback and improvements
