Responsibilities

Craft beautiful coffee products and serve all Blank Street customers with energy, warmth, and empathy
Support the General Manager and Training Team in training new employees, ensuring they understand recipes, processes, and maintain a positive attitude
Open and close the location safely and responsibly (Key holder), ensuring cleaning duties are completed
Handle minor customer issues in a positive and solution-focused manner
Lead store-level initiatives with the operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic, new customers, daily sales, and operational profitability
Develop a loyal neighborhood customer base for your store
Contribute to individual, team, and location initiatives to drive sales and business performance
Regularly meet with the Senior Leadership team to voice feedback and improvements
