Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate daily goals, special promotions, and any relevant updates
  • Ensure outstanding guest service by addressing guest concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate actions to improve service quality
  • Ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently, including opening and closing procedures
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain quality and consistency
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to prevent wastage
  • Enforce food safety and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Conduct regular checks to maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
  • Monitor proper portion control and food presentation to meet company standards
  • Train new Team Members and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff
  • Ensure that Team Members are knowledgeable about the menu, special items, and promotions
  • Act decisively in emergency situations, such as customer incidents or equipment malfunctions
  • Follow established procedures for handling accidents, injuries, or security issues
  • Promote daily specials and upsell menu items to maximize revenue
  • Focus on sampling and in-store sales by suggesting additional items or add-ons to enhance the guest experience
