Responsibilities

The Shared Services Specialist performs repetitive, rules-based tasks within financial and accounting workflows with precision and consistency, ensuring data accuracy, timely execution, and strict adherence to established procedures. This role supports the scaling of Proper AI by standardizing high-volume processes and enabling future automation. The specialist will develop and deliver training materials, assign and track training via LMS, maintain LMS content, troubleshoot technical issues, analyze training data, coordinate training logistics, gather feedback for content improvements, and partner with managers to align training initiatives with business needs.
