  • Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker/in oder Energieelektroniker/in bzw. Techniker/in oder vergleichbar
  • Eine Ausbildung als Elektrofachkraft ist Voraussetzung
  • Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse im Bereich Messgeräte und/oder Messtechnik Rheometrie und Extrusionstechnik wünschenswert
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Interesse und Freude an direktem Kundenkontakt
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Home Office im Gebiet bevorzugt Großraum Hannover/Niedersachsen

Responsibilities

  • Servicetätigkeiten im Außendienst; Besuch von Kunden in Deutschland, sowie gelegentliche globale Einsätze und Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen, Wartungen, Kalibrierungen und Reparaturen von Viskosimetern und Rheometern sowie zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt Geräten der Produktlinie Process/Pharma (Extruder, Messkneter)
  • Dokumentation von Servicearbeiten im CRM System in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Serviceinnendienst
  • Selbständige Planung und Disposition der Einsätze und Gebietsmanagement in Abstimmung mit dem Teamleiter Service DACHD
  • Durchführung von Serviceschulungen bei Kunden vor Ort
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den gebietszuständigen Vertriebs Kollegen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Telefonkonferenzen zur Abstimmung von regionalen und überregionalen Sales- und Servicetätigkeiten in Deutschland und Zentraleuropa
  • Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Serviceweiterbildungen und Unterweisungen in neue Produkte und Zubehör
