Requirements

  • Experience in renewals and/or sales operations, preferably with hardware and software offerings
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Strong Salesforce.com skills, preferably with Lightning. CPQ experience is helpful
  • Highly motivated individual with the ability to influence and move opportunities to closure
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-transaction sales environment
  • Affinity with IT, Enterprise Support, Customer Experience, Renewal Business
  • Familiarity with Nvidia technology ideally, but general computing/IT is ok
  • Proven track record to be self-directed and work with minimal direction

Responsibilities

  • Drive and grow the EMEA Enterprise renewals business, identify trends, report on progress or areas of improvement and implement
  • Educate our partners, assist customers and operations teams on our renewal processes and drive efficiency improvements where applicable
  • Point of contact & handling of blocking issues for field teams, customers and partners throughout the renewal process
  • Complex problem resolution for Enterprise product orders and customer experience across customers, partners & internal team members
  • Manage all renewal tasks in a region, from quoting to order submission
  • Participate in quarterly service business reviews and help to refine metrics and reporting
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.com to improve reporting accuracy and data cleanliness
