Requirements

  • Completed technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, precision engineering, or medical technology
  • Experience in operational service/customer service or manufacturing/development of electro-mechanical systems
  • Professional skills in diagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical system components with PC or processor controls
  • Experience reading electrical circuit diagrams, functional schematics, electrical parts lists, and technical drawings
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English
  • Class B driver's license and willingness to travel in the DACH region (90% field service)

Responsibilities

  • Installation and commissioning of 2D and 3D X-ray systems
  • Maintenance and servicing of 2D and 3D X-ray systems and components
  • Repair analysis and on-site repairs of 2D and 3D X-ray systems and components
  • Creating service reports and checklists
  • Active contribution to continuous improvement of product quality and internal processes
  • Conducting hazard analyses and safety checks in field service
