Requirements

Completed technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, precision engineering, or medical technology
Experience in operational service/customer service or manufacturing/development of electro-mechanical systems
Professional skills in diagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical system components with PC or processor controls
Experience reading electrical circuit diagrams, functional schematics, electrical parts lists, and technical drawings
Fluent spoken and written German and English
Class B driver's license and willingness to travel in the DACH region (90% field service)

Responsibilities

Installation and commissioning of 2D and 3D X-ray systems
Maintenance and servicing of 2D and 3D X-ray systems and components
Repair analysis and on-site repairs of 2D and 3D X-ray systems and components
Creating service reports and checklists
Active contribution to continuous improvement of product quality and internal processes
Conducting hazard analyses and safety checks in field service
