Requirements

Candidates must possess at least two years of experience in on-site property maintenance, hold a Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification, demonstrate the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented environment. A Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Service Technician II will diagnose and repair a variety of maintenance issues, including A/C and heating systems, electrical and plumbing, appliances, stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, tile, carpet, and flooring, as well as address ceiling leaks. They will also respond to emergencies on a bi-weekly on-call schedule and maintain a valid driver’s license, ensuring the residents’ apartments and appliances are promptly and professionally repaired.
