Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical devices and healthcare service operations
  • Experience conducting customer presentations and managing quotation or negotiation processes
  • Proficiency in SFDC software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory (approximately 30% travel required, including overnight stays)
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the medical equipment or healthcare service industry (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed service revenue targets within the assigned territory
  • Promote and sell service contracts, preventive maintenance programs, spare parts, and repair services tailored to customer needs
  • Manage all administrative and contractual processes—from quotation to pre-invoice—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, identify customer requirements, monitor market trends and competitor activity to capture new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with service engineering teams for timely service delivery, conduct customer presentations or trainings, and ensure adherence to all company and healthcare compliance standards
