Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a professional business environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Competent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable working with different systems
  • Ability to learn fast and work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • High work standards and quality, self-motivated to solve problems, strong communication skills
  • Fluent level of English & Korean in written and verbal communications
  • Ability to travel abroad upon business needs
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record within territory or locations
  • Previous experience in sales position / SFDC experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales of service contracts and aftermarket service solutions
  • Secure and develop sales activities with strong focus on closing and maintaining of service products sales
  • Build close relationships with customers and commercial partners and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Take ownership of achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets, while managing the sales funnel and forecasting
  • Collaborate within a team and adopt a flexible approach to maintain and enhance service quality
  • Forge and sustain effective communication with key stakeholders, including Regional Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, Finance, and Sales teams, throughout the process
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible
