  • Acquires higher level knowledge and skills with basic understanding of key business drivers to accomplish own work
  • Understands how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
  • Makes decisions within a defined framework and resolves issues requiring commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures
  • Communicates with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered
  • Develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE
