Requirements

  • University degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 3 years of experience in service sales (minimum); preferably 5 years
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Valid driver's license
  • Demonstrable experience in managing commercial partners
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence others
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate Portuguese (desired)
  • Knowledge of regional customers (desired)
  • Availability to travel approximately 20% of the time within LCT INDI countries (desired)

Responsibilities

  • Lead service sales in the INDI region (Contracts, On-Demand Services, Upgrades)
  • Execute GE Healthcare's service portfolio sales strategy (Contracts, On-Demand Services, Upgrades)
  • Lead and ensure strategic and large-scale customer purchases involving multiple lines of business (cross-P&L)
  • Develop the sales plan for a specific region
  • Manage compliance with commercial metrics (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with multifunctional areas to ensure compliance with GEHC policies, while acting as the internal advocate for customers
  • Drive operational mechanisms (OpMechs) within GEHC and with commercial partner teams
  • Define clear objectives per commercial partner related to: service contracts, on-demand volume, upgrade sales, service order and revenue pace, customer/partner requests (service level, response time to requirements, information accuracy)
