Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage relationships with internal departments and external service providers, anticipating issues to prevent deviations in budget and quality
  • Act as a trusted partner for stakeholders, communicating clearly and effectively in a matrix organization, leading cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
  • Use data-driven analytical thinking to solve complex problems, applying past learnings and identifying patterns
  • Challenge existing processes to raise standards and improve performance
  • Manage partners based on defined SLAs and KPIs, ensuring compliance with regulations and company guidelines
  • Proactively identify, escalate challenges and risks to maintain smooth operations
  • Create and deliver new metrics using available data for deeper insights and continuous improvement
  • Analyze data, generate insights, identify trends and opportunities to improve business
