Responsibilities

Proactively manage relationships with internal departments and external service providers, anticipating issues to prevent deviations in budget and quality
Act as a trusted partner for stakeholders, communicating clearly and effectively in a matrix organization, leading cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
Use data-driven analytical thinking to solve complex problems, applying past learnings and identifying patterns
Challenge existing processes to raise standards and improve performance
Manage partners based on defined SLAs and KPIs, ensuring compliance with regulations and company guidelines
Proactively identify, escalate challenges and risks to maintain smooth operations
Create and deliver new metrics using available data for deeper insights and continuous improvement
