Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, 3-5 years of relevant work experience, and 1-3 years of supervisory experience in the maintenance field. A current driver's license in good standing and the ability to meet the Company's Safe Vehicular Operations Policy are required, along with working knowledge of residential maintenance and construction, and experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

The Service Order Residential Maintenance Manager will scope, schedule, and coordinate service order work (internal and contracted) utilizing Yardi tools, address and diffuse customer concerns and escalations, participate in hiring, performance management, and progressive discipline in coordination with DOF and HR, train, coach, and mentor team members, ensure adherence to Winn Military Housing Services (WMHS) and Military Partner policies, communicate daily with community offices and maintenance department managers, scope and coordinate preventive maintenance work, perform quality control checks, generate and review maintenance reports, and make recommendations for solutions. They may also be responsible for duties of Service Dispatch Manager, Service Order Coordinator, Resource Manager, and Field Supervisors in their absence or as required.
