Requirements

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the construction, sales, or facility management sectors. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, along with strong management, delegation, planning, leadership, communication, organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

The Service Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with existing customers and growing new business. This includes managing office and field staff, reviewing and updating production schedules, and conducting safety audits. The role involves working closely with superintendents on workload, sales, and scheduling. Responsibilities also include completing and reviewing quotes and tenders for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, preparing roof reports with photos and quotes, managing invoicing and accounts receivable, and utilizing a custom app to monitor workflow. Additionally, the Service Manager will oversee financials and budgets and collaborate with the team on decisions regarding staffing, trucks, and equipment.
