15 years full time education
Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management (Must To Have)
Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks and methodologies
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects
Ability to analyze and improve service management processes
Familiarity with tools and technologies used in infrastructure management

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services
Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable strategic agenda
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems
Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary
