Requirements

Candidates must have experience supporting and administering Windows PCs and Apple macOS, as well as mobile devices like Apple iOS and Android. A strong understanding of IT incident resolution for services such as MS Office 365, account provisioning, global networks, printing, and conferencing is required. Experience with IT hardware/device provisioning, software and licensing administration, and IT system administration is also necessary. The role requires the ability to partner and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior and executive management.

Responsibilities

The Service Desk Tech II will lead day-to-day IT service desk operations globally, enhancing customer-centric IT support capabilities. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving IT incidents across various platforms and applications, supporting onsite conferencing technology and office infrastructure, and administering IT hardware and software assets. They will also manage account provisioning, contribute to the IT knowledge base, and collaborate with the Cybersecurity team for data and device security.
