Responsibilities

Managing the service desk mailbox and chat channels, ensuring timely responses and directing queries to the right people
Resolving first-line IT questions and escalating more complex technical issues as needed (coordinating with external IT partner)
Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Coordinating the seamless execution of in-house events, such as regional and global presentations, team celebrations, and client visits
Contributing to other Workspace Management initiatives or projects, such as annual anniversary celebrations (SKIMday), office renovations, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives
Maintaining the physical workspace of the Rotterdam office (140 employees) and supporting London (25 employees), Paris (5 employees), Berlin (20 employees), and Singapore (20 employees) offices
Serving as the first point of contact for employee queries globally (via chat and email) during Dutch office hours
