Responsibilities

  • Managing the service desk mailbox and chat channels, ensuring timely responses and directing queries to the right people
  • Resolving first-line IT questions and escalating more complex technical issues as needed (coordinating with external IT partner)
  • Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Coordinating the seamless execution of in-house events, such as regional and global presentations, team celebrations, and client visits
  • Contributing to other Workspace Management initiatives or projects, such as annual anniversary celebrations (SKIMday), office renovations, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives
  • Maintaining the physical workspace of the Rotterdam office (140 employees) and supporting London (25 employees), Paris (5 employees), Berlin (20 employees), and Singapore (20 employees) offices
  • Serving as the first point of contact for employee queries globally (via chat and email) during Dutch office hours
