Proven experience in IT service delivery management, at least 3 years working in IT/Telco services
Strong knowledge of IT and business processes
Bachelor’s degree in IT and telecommunications field
Fluency in both Lithuanian and English
ITIL foundation level competence (nice to have)

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of IT services to clients, including infrastructure, cloud solutions, network services, cybersecurity, and other offerings provided by Telia
Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), consistently aiming to meet or exceed agreed service standards
Take care of B2B customers and drive them as partial IT manager; act as the primary point of contact for the client’s IT leadership
Provide regular reporting, conduct monthly service reviews, and proactively suggest service improvement opportunities
Lead initiatives to enhance service delivery processes, increase operational efficiency, and reduce recurring incidents
